Gus Ofili is a dedicated and passionate real estate agent and investor. Originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, Gus moved to the Greater Bangor area to further his education, earning an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Eastern Maine Community College and a Bachelor's degree from Husson University in Bangor, Maine. With over seven and a half years of experience in the banking industry focusing on credit card sales, Gus sharpened his financial acumen and customer service skills.

 

As a seasoned public speaker, he's earned multiple awards from Toastmasters, a testament to his ability to connect, inspire, and lead. In 2019, Gus joined ERA Dawson Bradford in Bangor, where he made an immediate impact, earning the prestigious title of Rookie of the Year for all ERA companies nationwide. Since then, he’s sold over 410 homes and expanded into real estate investing, building a portfolio of 65 doors since August 2020. But Gus's impact goes beyond the numbers. He’s helped countless families buy and sell their primary residences, while also ushering in a new wave of real estate investors.
